WORD Camps are the best part of school holidays! We have a variety of different camps during the holidays. Each camp we will ride, learn and giggle...heaps! Camps are open to kids of all MTB skill abilities. We split into groups, so we can ride with mates of similar radness.

‘Grow your local’ - 2 half days
10am-1pm each day
Cost:
$100 - If you have a Bike Glendhu season pass
$110 - If you don't have a season pass (this will cover you for the day you are with WORD at Bike Glendhu)
Cost includes:
Experienced WORD instructor (1:8 ratio)
WORD T-shirt
WORD sticker
Parents will drop off and pick up at the following location. Each day we’ll explore the trail network in the area, learn some skills and have fun…heaps! Groups will still be split on the first morning into abilities/fitness/interests on the day. 1:8 ratios.
Grow your local camps are a chance to ride, plant trees and give back to the community trail network we have in Wānaka.
We will be partnering with Wai Wānaka on day two of the camp, to plant a few more trees in the Kirimoko Trails area. We’ll still do a bunch of riding at Kirimoko trails too, after we put some trees in the ground!
